All growers and producers are "Certified" through the Mendocino County Agricultural Department. "Certified" ensures the products are grown and sold directly by the producer. All processed foods products are permitted through the Mendocino County Environmental Health Department, ensuring that the producer complies with "safe food handling practices". All producers are "local"- from Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt, Sonoma or nearby counties.
